Are the stand up paddle boards stable? Can I fall into the water?
Stand Up Paddles are less stable than kayaks. It is more likely that you will fall into the water if you move really brusquely. However, some people manage to stay on the board for the whole trip

Do I have to wear the life jacket even if I know how to swim?
Yes, life jackets are mandatory for everyone for safety reasons.
How many people fit in a stand up paddle board?
On the stand-up paddle board, only 1 person can fit.
